Support the development, validation, and testing of new vacuum tube and microwave products, ensuring designs are suitable for component manufacture, assembly, and repeatable production. Develop and maintain a working understanding of microwave and vacuum tube technologies, materials, and processes to improve technical effectiveness and decision-making within the role. Identify, justify, and implement process and design improvements to enhance product reliability, consistency, and manufacturability, ensuring appropriate technical documentation is produced (e.g. drawings, specifications, procedures),...
