Manager, Data Integration

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Data Integration, to lead and scale our data integration engineering function. This role owns the design, delivery, and operational management of our data integration ecosystem across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SFTP-based file management, and enterprise systems. You will manage a team of engineers, set technical and operational standards, and take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of data integration—from design and development through monitoring, error handling, and continuous improvement. Salary range: $125,975 to $173,000 plus 15% bonus Remote hires will be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation, and be required to work onsite in Ankeny, IA 3-4 days per month.
