Union Position: No Department Details: Summary: Associate Help Desk Support Technicians will provide front-line technical support for all Sanford Health patients and employees. The help desk is here to serve and support our customers when they need it to ensure our healthcare operations runs smoothly. Job Description: The Associate Help Desk Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance. They will perform password resets and login assistance for all Sanford employees as well as utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to next-level support.
