The Role at a Glance The Painter is responsible for applying high-quality finishes (powder and wet spray) to a variety of industrial parts. You will manage the full lifecycle of the paint line—from loading and rigging to inspection and maintenance—ensuring every piece meets our "defect-free" gold standard. Key Responsibilities: - Precision Finishing: Apply powder coat and/or wet spray paint to diverse parts with a focus on consistency and thickness. - Line Management: Load/unload the paint line, monitor real-time operations, and adjust settings to optimize flow. - Quality Control: Inspect finished work against engineering standards to identify and correct defects immediately. - Operational Readiness: Perform rapid color changes and equipment cleaning while maintaining a str...
