About The Role: At NEXT we have a great opportunity for a Domestic Assistant to join our team based at Radar Road in Leicester. You will work within our busy Facilities department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our employees and visitors. The working hours for role are Monday-Friday 9am - 2:15pm working 25 hours per week What You'll Take On: - Cleaning and sanitising designated areas (offices, toilets, and common zones) to an impeccable standard. - Operating cleaning machinery and using chemicals safely while strictly adhering to COSHH and health and safety regulations. - Vacuuming, window cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all surfaces are dust-free. - Keeping an eye on inventory, replenishing amenities (soap, paper towels, etc.), and reporting any shortages. - Assisting with the setup and cleanup of meetings and corporate events. - Reporting maintenance issues or hazards and working alongside the wider facilities team to keep operations running smoothly.
