About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist within our Tax Operations team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. Main responsibilities of the team include: Operational support of Markets business (including Prime Brokerage, FCM, FX, Swap Dealer, and Broker Dealers in US and EMEA) across documentation, withholding, 1099 and 1042-S reporting, cost basis, and financial transaction tax. In this role, you will: Lead all activities across tax withholding and reporting functions, including approval of processes completed by other team members Partner with vendors, Broker Dealer Operations, Middle Offices, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, withholding, and re-imbursements Support and processing of foreign / international tax obligations such as Capital gains, financial transaction and withholding taxes Support, governance, and oversight of customer tax touchpoints across CIB Businesses (Markets, Banking, and Corporate Real Estate) to ensure and maintain compli...
