Benefit Issuance Specialist - ( 260002XQ ) Description The Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Benefit Issuance Specialist . The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of benefits via EBT and direct deposit. Additional responsibilities include logging, monitoring, and researching EBT misdispense claims and client disputes; preparing client notifications for resolved and rejected claims; and tracking and distributing reports related to undeliverable EBT cards.
