Change Manager - Initial 12 month fixed-term contract with strong likelihood of extension - New role, new team, new project! About the Role: The Change Manager – Day of Operations is responsible for leading the people side of the implementation of a new and common Day of Operations solution (part of a Kinetic wide transformation program Our Tools) across Australia and New Zealand. This role will ensure our people understand the project and program and they fit within broader business strategy, what’s changing, why it matters, and what it means for them. This role is about making change work in the real world – in depots, on early starts, with drivers, allocators, operations supervisors and depot leaders. Success will be measured by adoption, confidence, and practical use of the Day of Operations solution, not by the quality of slide decks or adherence to a textbook change methodology. You will work closely with operations leaders, project teams and front-line teams to ensure the solution fits the way Kinetic actually runs day-to-day.
