Job Summary Come work as a General Practice with Obstetrical Surgical Skills (OSS) with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Squamish General Hospital is seeking a dedicated GP-OSS physician to join our collegial and collaborative maternity care team. You will be part of a supportive group sharing a 1:3 call schedule with a GP Surgeon and an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. SGH manages approximately 400 births annually and operates as a Level 2 BC Maternal and Neonatal Tier of Service site, with cases under 36 weeks’ gestation referred to tertiary centres. Key Responsibilities: This is an excellent opportunity for a GP OSS physician who values rural operative obstetrics and a lifestyle that balances meaningful clinical work with world class outdoor recreation. This position offers a negotiable start date, with preference for an earlier start to support ongoing care. Squamish General Hospital is a 25 bed acute care facility providing medical, surgical, emergency, ambulatory, inpatient, maternity, anesthetic, and general surgery services.
