Description de l'entreprise Description du poste: About the role: Operations Team Leads are often working team leads who both run equipment or perform other in-role duties while also assisting managers in coordinating schedules, optimizing workflows, training less experienced team members, and resolving more difficult or complex manufacturing issues. They often act as subject matter experts for their department by answering questions, providing information, or sharing best practices in achieving production goals. Individuals in these roles help monitor and assess team performance, act as role models, help to implement and lead change, and foster collaboration across departments and shifts. They assist department supervisors/managers in upholding quality control processes, optimizing production, ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
