Route Merchandiser - $1,000 Sign On Bonus Department: Buffalo Admin 310993: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Lancaster: Reporting To: David Voigt: Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 / year Description: The Route Merchandiser is responsible for driving company vehicle over an established route to merchandise store products. The driver is responsible for filling and maintaining their 24/7 market stores. Schedule: Monday - Friday starting at 5 AM Pay Rate: Hourly + Commission Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Merchandising: Merchandise products according to store layouts and POGs. Roll-out promotions. Gather and report customer feedback. Maintain established inventory levels for all products sold, to include, but not limited to soft drinks, pre-packaged food, sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, fruits, vegetables, candy, pastry, and snack items. Restock shelves, coolers, and coffee. Follow protocols for inventory tracking and product rotation. Collect and record out-of-date, rejected or unsold merchandise.Monitors shelf life of products to minimize spoilage losses.
