Core Job Summary: The Workforce Analyst is responsible for creating operating reports to assist leadership in managing their daily operations. Creates ad-hoc analysis of clinical activity and operations with a goal of maximizing access to and utilization of services. The analyst, reporting accesses processes and data to analyze, communicates and identifies opportunities to meet patient demands.
