With multiple locations and continued growth, we’re looking for a recruiter who can find talent where others can’t. Position Overview: We’re seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a proven ability to fill hard-to-find, niche roles , particularly within the boiler, HVAC, or skilled trades industries. While a primary focus will be sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles, this position will also support full-cycle recruiting across the organization , including sales, parts, leadership, and corporate functions. This is a remote position reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture . What You’ll Do: - Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including: - Primary focus: Boiler Technicians, Boiler Mechanics, Service roles - Additional roles: Sales, Parts, Engineering, Finance, Leadership, and Executive-level hires - Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill, specialized roles across multiple locations Source candidates through: - LinkedIn, Indeed, referral...
