Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be at the forefront of our Sales efforts, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and nurture qualified leads for the Sales Executive Team. This role provides an ideal foundation for individuals early in their Sales careers, offering a gradual and supportive increase in responsibilities as they gain tenure, skills, and experience. Our BDR program serves as a key talent pipeline, offering a clear path to promotion into Sales positions at MSG as one develops into a full-cycle Sales professional.
