Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Title Clerk to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need: - Self-motivated individuals - Strong Attention to detail - Focus on serving customers What our Title Clerks Do: - Prepare detailed installment contracts for submission to lenders - Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions - Verify and post details of business transactions, such as Bill of Sales, insurance and warranty contracts and vehicle purchases - Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of goods, freight charges - Verify and prepare check for the payoff on traded vehicles lien - Track all retail sales for monthly time measurement report Your Pre-Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year of related billing experience preferred - Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK - Strong organizational and communication skills Who We Are: Winners serving Winners!: At Checkered Flag, we've been providing drivers in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Hampton with first-rate vehicles a...
