The role is critical in providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making for our owner/developer clients, leadership, and project management teams. The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of the South Florida Market, strong analytical skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to manage an Analyst - helping to transform raw data from a variety of sources into actionable research for our stakeholders.
