As a trusted, values-driven Australian family business, we are now seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead operations at our Burpengary clinic. About the Role: This full-time role (approx. 38 hours/week) is pivotal to ensuring the smooth, efficient and high-quality running of our medical centre. You’ll play a leadership role in managing people, systems and service delivery while helping grow the clinic as a trusted health hub in the community. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-day management of clinic operations and staff - Coordinating doctors’ schedules, nursing support and reception workflows - Financial oversight, including billing, banking and monthly reporting - Staff rostering, recruitment and performance leadership - Managing quality improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness - Ensuring compliance with RACGP, workplace health and safety and privacy standards - Representing the clinic professionally as its pub...
