Summary The section of Gastroenterology & Hepatology is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated scheduler to schedule Gastroenterology procedures. The position requires patient education and navigation through the patient's journey, including prepping patients for the procedure and scheduling the procedure with BCM & BSLMC EMR. The candidate will also triage patients by working with providers and clinical team for any referrals that could be scheduled as a clinic visit or procedure. The candidate will register the patient in both EMRs, review incoming referrals and orders, and answer patient calls and/or MyChart Messages. The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and passionate about providing excellent customer service to our patients.
