Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week The Martech Delivery Lead is a senior technology leader accountable for end-to-end delivery across Experience and Digital Marketing Initiatives. This role owns the technology strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of integrated MarTech capabilities that power customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This leader partners with executive stakeholders across Marketing Ops, Product, and Enterprise Technology to define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap. The role ensures scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that integrate seamlessly across core enterprise systems while delivering exceptional digital experiences in a regulated environment. Success in this role requires deep marketing technology expertise, strong engineering leadership, Adobe platform experience, and the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery at scale.
