Test Vehicle Operator – Autonomous Vehicles Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $24–$26 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 30–40 hours per week Contract: 1 year (extension possible) About the Role: Join a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle testing program in Dallas. We’re hiring safety-focused drivers to operate self-driving vehicles in real-world conditions and provide feedback that helps improve next-generation vehicle technology. Shift Information: - AM Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - PM Shift (2:30 PM-1:00 AM) Please indicate your availability for one of the following schedules: - Sunday-Wednesday - Thursday-Sunday - Saturday-Tuesday What You’ll Do: - Safely operate autonomous vehicles on public roads - Monitor vehicle behaviour and remain alert at all times - Perform daily pre-drive vehicle inspections - Report system performance, safety issues, and observations - Communicate clearly with engineers and operations teams - Maintain focus and professionalism during extended driving shifts What We’re Looking For: - Valid U.S. driver’s license held for 3+ years with no gaps between renewals - Clean driving record with no points, tickets, or violations - Strong understanding of traffic laws and defensive...
