We’re looking for a Director to lead our VIP Program, overseeing the managers responsible for our Executive and Hospitality Host teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with a real voice in shaping how our VIP program operates, scales, and evolves. You’ll sit at the intersection of player experience, operations, and strategy — building the systems and standards that allow our hosts to deliver at the highest level of service. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : Sports Sales Managers COMPETENCIES: - Lead and develop a team of VIP Host managers, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and SOPs that drive day-to-day execution and long-term growth. Coach managers on performance, development, and training, and build a bench of talent ready to grow with the program. - Own the design and oversight of host programs and systems end-to-end.
