Location: Remote What you will do every day: - Monitor internal communication channels to research and assign to other team members - Train and enable products within FMS - Facilitate, assign, and process terminations within the CRM and FMS - Research, create, and assign incoming ESS TPP leads to appropriate team members - Evaluate and diagnose performance based on metrics set by leadership - Track and interpret performance reports - Problem solves delays to product launch What you will need to bring to the table: - Administrative skill set - report creation, comprehension and distribution - Ability to learn and master CRM.
