Located at Miami Valley Hospital (Dayton, OH) Part-Time Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) With Weekend & Holiday Rotation Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Perform all tests in an accurate and efficient manner following established policies and procedures. - Perform and record daily and/or routine maintenance and quality control on all equipment or reagents used for testing. - Recognize problems with instruments, reagents, test results and/or supplies and initiates problem solving procedures. - Record all results in an accurate, complete and readable format, utilizes computer systems correctly to generate results and notifies clients appropriately of panic value results. - Address client related questions and problems in a courteous and efficient manner, following department policies and procedures. - Participate in training of new employees and students in appropriate technical areas. - Comply with all corporate integrity and safety policies of CompuNet Clinical Laboratories. - Contribute to the overall effectiveness of CompuNet Clinical Laboratories by performing other duties as required. - Associates or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Medical Laboratory Science (MLT/MLS/CLS). -...
