Job Overview: The Content Designer shapes strategic, meaningful, and user‑centered content that guides customers through Macy’s digital experiences. This role designs content as an integral part of the product experience, ensuring that every interaction across Macy’s site and app is clear, intuitive, and helpful. Partnering closely with UX designers, researchers, and product managers from discovery through launch, they define how content supports the overall user journey and business objectives.
