Job Description: To manage the day-to-day office operations – imports, exports & transport functions. The aim of this position is to ensure all shipments are efficiently processed, recovered and dispatched in time to meet schedules required by the customers. The position includes managing all aspects of operational employees, ranging from their performance to assisting with their personnel files. The position extends to creating workable formal relationships with sub-contractors, airlines, GHAs and other partners and maintaining a clear communication line with other departments within the branch and other international offices....
