This role helps ensure our clubs operate efficiently by assisting with day-to-day technical needs and maintaining essential systems.This position will primarily support one home club but may require visits to up to four local UFC GYM locations on Oahu as needed. Key Responsibilities - Provide on-site IT support for club operations, including front desk systems, POS devices, printers, scanners, phones, and network connectivity - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (wired and Wi-Fi) - Assist with setup, testing, and maintenance of IT equipment - Help maintain uptime for essential systems such as member check-in, billing, retail, and class management platforms - Provide first-level support for cybersecurity-related concerns and report any suspicious activity to corporate IT - Assist with basic server, backup, and system monitoring tasks under the direction of senior IT staff - Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely and professional manner - Create and deactivate employee...
