We’re now looking for a Training and Support Officer to join our Thomastown Warehouse - a busy, welcoming environment with multiple production and process lines, supported by a diverse workforce. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’ll work alongside Supported Employees in a warehouse setting, offering day‑to‑day support, encouragement and practical training. You’ll focus on what people can do, supporting them to build on their strengths and reach their employment goals at a pace that works for them.
