In this role, you would be responsible for servicing inquiries and communications to and from our clients. This includes status checks and case updates through emails, portals and phone calls. A friendly, personable and professional approach is key towards our success. Our Client Coordinators also handle data preparation, data entry, data tracking and documentation, so you should be familiar with working with customer databases and be comfortable keying data accurately and efficiently. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is on onsite role, located at our Woodbury, NY location. We offer a competitive pay of $21-24 per hour depending on experience.
