Job Description: Role Summary As a Platform Architect, you bring deep hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engagement expertise and a strong consulting mindset. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will guide clients on best practices, provide technical leadership within the Engagement platform, and help design, build, and optimize digital messaging programs across email, mobile, and related channels. This is a delivery-focused architect role. You will lead solution patterns, platform optimization, and technical execution without owning enterprise-wide architecture. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams, supporting strategic decisions while remaining hands-on within the platform.
