Description The Restaurant Catering & Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue and coordinating the successful execution of events, serving as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. This role combines sales generation with operational coordination, building client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring each event reflects the restaurant’s standards for quality, service, and guest experience.
