About the Role: The Communications Manager – Global Associate Recruiting is an integral part of Latham’s Brand & Communications team. This role will be responsible for leading employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts across Europe and the Middle East (EME), while activating Latham’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the region, tailoring messaging and campaigns to local markets.
