What You'll Do: - Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out - Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email - Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts - Educate customers on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality - Guide customers in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision - Support frame and facial measurements alongside an Optician, ensuring proper fit and positioning of new eyewear - Assist with contact lens orders - Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience - Support store operations by performing additional duties as required What You...
