Description JOB SUMMARY: The Credit Decision Strategy Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s automated credit decisioning platform. This role programs and manages decision rules, workflows, and automated processes within the credit decision engine operated through The Financial Network Inc (FNI). The position works closely with Credit Risk, Operations, Product, and Data teams to translate underwriting strategies and business requirements into rule-based decision logic governing loan approvals, declines, and operational workflows. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring automated credit decisions are implemented accurately, tested thoroughly, and monitored for performance and effectiveness. This role contributes to the company’s ability to scale loan originations efficiently while maintaining strong credit performance and operational consistency.
