Home First provides short-term reablement care to help people stay independent in their own homes. As a Reablement Support Worker , you will be part of a caring, dedicated team making a real impact in your community. You will require a valid driving licence and access to a car , but apart from that no experience is required , as you will receive: - Suffolk County Council - Address: Various locations in Suffolk, see below at posts available - Salary: From £25,185 per annum, with pay progression up to £28,142 per annum (pro rata for part time) or £15.08 per hour plus paid travel time and mileage for Bank hours - Hours: 37 hours per week or As and when for Bank hours - Contract: Permanent or Casual basis as Bank staff - a full induction and in-depth training - ongoing support from your team - the opportunity to complete a fully funded Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification.
