Job description

We’re looking for an experienced University Recruiter with previous experience recruiting recent graduates for TAC, R&D, Sales and G&A positions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the competitive nature of hiring top talent from universities. Previous experience building a strong program and early candidate pipeline from scratch. Responsibilities: - Recruit early talent candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc. - Build a early talent recruitment strategy to ensure management hiring expectations are met. - Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador.
