Job description

Position Overview: The FP&A Analyst is a key member of the Industrial Components Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment that is based out of Regal Rexnord’s Milwaukee, WI headquarters offices. The role is a critical partner to the operations teams in optimizing and executing financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of the Industrial Components Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: - Summarize and present financial results, along with key sales and cost drivers. - Lead variance analysis to key benchmarks (budget, forecast, prior year, etc.) and clearly communicate key assumptions/inputs to plant leadership to ensure achievement of performance objectives. - Provide educated, insightful commentary to Business Unit and Division management at the end of the reporting period. - Develop and deploy key operational metrics and analysis to support daily management of the business, while proactively managing costs and working capital to drive sustainable improvement. - Partner with BU leadership to drive daily, weekly and monthly say/do operational and financial performance. - Partner with Operations to support make/buy decisions, capital investments, inventor...
