Classification Title: Instructor: Working Title: Adjunct Instructor Department: Movement Sciences and Health: FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: Dependent on Course and Credentials Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARY: The Department of Movement Sciences and Health is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach in the following fields: Exercise Science, Physical Education, Health Promotion, Athletic Training, and Sport Coaching. The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Holds at least the master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.
