Culture & Community Specialist | Acorns Acorns is seeking a mission-driven Community & Culture Specialist to serve as a key connector for our remote-first community while acting as a steward for our Irvine office. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our remote culture and in-office presence, acting as an event producer for onsite gatherings and ensuring every team member feels connected to our mission. Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA. This role requires a consistent in-office presence in our Irvine office (typically 2 days per week) to oversee facility operations, mail and vendor deliveries, with increased on-site leadership during Community Weeks.
