We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Ashfield to assist with the appointment of a Housing Officer , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £19.75 - £26.05 per hour Summary: Experienced Housing Office r required to manage a patch of social housing properties and deliver tenancy and estate management services. The role includes tenancy sustainment, ASB investigations, estate inspections, supporting vulnerable tenants, and working with partner agencies to ensure effective housing management and community safety.
