We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Office Intern to support our Guest Services team at our world-class resort. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in resort front desk operations, guest engagement, and hospitality service skills. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner. - Support the check-in and check-out process to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Help prepare check-in packets for incoming reservations. - Assist with reservation support and coordination as needed. - Ensure the integrity and readiness of rental units by reporting and helping address issues in a timely manner. - Accurately post and verify guest charges and payments. - Support management with the implementation of new policies and procedures. - Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations. - Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
