Supervisor – Intensive Foster Care Salary: $60,000 - $70,000: As a member of the Leadership team this position will be responsible for oversight and support for The Villages’ Intensive Foster Care program. This includes developing strategies to promote consistent and effective support and establishing and implementing best practice training in principles and procedures for the Intensive Foster Care Program. The Supervisor for Intensive Foster Care Program will: Manage and Oversees operations within Intensive Foster Care Program? Responsible for clinical review of monthly progress reports and notes.? Assists with Audit Preparation & file reviews.? Oversee three Treatment Teams and will provide direct supervision to the Case Manager, FCS I, and FCS II on each team.? Work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure that support and quality services are provided in a timely manner.? Assist with any client, foster parent, or staff trainings,?
