As part of the Integrity Orthopaedics team, Smith+Nephew’s latest acquisition , the Warehouse & Operations Supervisor will lead and develop teams responsible for Warehouse Operations, Receiving Inspection, and Final Packaging/Labeling. This role is accountable for ensuring compliant material flow, accurate inventory control, timely product release, and on-time shipment in support of commercial growth. This position partners closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Engineering to maintain strict adherence to FDA, GMP, and company quality system requirements while achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives. Integrity Orthopaedics transformed soft tissue repair with a patented, FDA-cleared system designed to improve surgical fixation and long-term healing in rotator cuff repair.
