Position: Community Manager: Location: Post Woods Apartments - Reynoldsburg, OH Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year, plus bonus potential Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm Who We're Looking For: - 2+ years of multifamily property management experience; downtown and high-rise experience preferred - Downtown and high rise experience preferred - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control - Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance - Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer Other Helpful Skills and Competencies: - CAM® or CAPS® designation - Experience working directly with property owners - Yardi experience What You'll Do: - Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents - Ensure full compliance with LI...
