Job Summary: Under the direct or indirect supervision from the HVAC Manager or Supervisor, the Plumber will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs for plumbing system equipment including but not limited to: sinks, water fountains, bathroom fixtures, drains, traps, sump pumps, fire pumps, gas lines, etc. Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be able to initiate and maintain good customer and co-worker relationships in a team environment - City of Des Moines plumbing license - Certification for Backflow Prevention Testing - Knowledge of City of Des Moines plumbing code - Experience with tools of the trade including drain-cleaning equipment - Ability to perform piping joint...
