Description JOB SUMMARY: The Food & Facility Support Staff is responsible for completing daily kitchen, dining, and facility tasks within the Adult Day Services’ Day Center. This role ensures meals, snacks, cleaning, sanitation, and safety responsibilities are completed consistently, safely, and on schedule. This position works independently and follows a structured daily routine to support overall Day Center operations and the needs of clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform daily opening tasks including site safety checks and preparation of kitchen and dining areas. - Prepare and set up food service areas for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. - Assist with preparation of simple food items, drinks, soups, and serving stations. - Set up plates, utensils, and serving materials. - Follow diet cards and meal service structure during serving times. - Serve meals and snacks according to established schedule. - Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment. - Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining tables, and high-touch surfaces. - Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and assigned areas throughout the day. - Clean...
