We are expanding our Workforce Solutions practice, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and recruiting operations support. We are looking for a Director of Workforce Solutions Business Development to lead enterprise client acquisition and help establish this growing practice. Role Overview The Director of Workforce Solutions Business Development will focus on building relationships with enterprise organizations that require scalable recruiting infrastructure and talent acquisition operations.This role will lead complex enterprise sales cycles and work with internal leadership to design customized workforce solutions for clients.This is a foundational role with the opportunity to help shape and scale a new service line within Ryz Labs.
