Description General Purpose of Job: To administer and provide central accountability for all Infrastructure server services which include those activities associated with the function, organization, expansion and technical support of existing and future Windows and Linux-based physical and virtual system configurations and supporting systems software (e.g., operating systems, utilities, databases, cloud services and middleware) necessary to deliver the required services (e.g. hosting, web, messaging, remote access, security administration) to support Edfinancial Services, Edamerica, and Medfinancial systems. Duties and Responsibilities (Daily and Monthly) - Exhibit a broad base of knowledge and skills in server infrastructure, and operating systems to include Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMware, and Microsoft Azure including but not limited to IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and serverless services. - Manage and monitor M365 environment including mail flow and collaboration products such as email, Sharepoint, Dynamics, Teams, and licensing. - Provide primary support for all physical and virtual servers.
