Position Highlights: SUMMARY: The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting incoming patients and visitors, performing all patient registration, determining eligibility for all applicable payors, and obtaining timely prior authorization while providing excellent care and service to patients, guests, and fellow employees always. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. - Previous experience with ICD 10 or CPT coding preferred.
