About the Role: The role of the Career Development Coordinator is to coordinate career development and employability initiatives that support students to make informed career decisions and successfully transition into graduate employment or further study. Primary responsibilities are to: - Design and deliver employability workshops (e.g. career planning, Cvs, interviews, professional identity). - Support the development of industry-engaged learning opportunities, including placements, projects, and guest engagement. - Organise careers expos, employer engagement events, and industry panels. - Coordinate institutional tracer studies and graduate destination data collection. - Work with academic staff to ensure employability initiatives are aligned with course contexts and student cohorts.
