Description Markon is seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) Scrum Master to support our IC customer from Bethesda, MD. As a Senior SNOW Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling and enhancing IC mission capabilities by blending agile principles, SNOW expertise, and leadership to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Scrum Facilitation & Agile Leadership: - Act as the Scrum Master for projects using the SNOW platform, enabling agile processes and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, roles, and best practices. - Serve as a key facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. - Optimize team performance, measuring velocity and managing team capacity to deliver defined goals and milestones efficiently.
